Today the Head of the Communication and Public Relations Mr. Panduka Yonazi representing the Director General of EPZA Mr. Charles Itembe received a visit from The Building Center of Japan led by the President of the Company Mr. Kimihiro Hashimoto. The company is involved in the construction of industrial buildings, houses and other infrastructure in Japan. This visit was accompanied by the officials of the Japanese embassy who, despite wanting to ensure that the company gets what they wanted, were also impressed with the services provided by EPZA, which made them promise to bring more visitors next year to be able to learn about various things and investment opportunities through EPZA.

Mr. Kimihiro said that Japan is currently looking at the best way to cooperate with EPZA in the construction of infrastructure in existing Special Economic Zones in order to attract more investors from that country to invest in Tanzania.

EPZA expects that, this visit will stimulate the speed of the Government to find investors who can develop the infrastructure in collaboration with the public sector with the aim of investing in areas designated for industries, something that will stimulate the national income and improve the lives of the people in general
